Initial values are based on a desktop survey of a 40km section of VNI West near Charlton. These are residences that are likely neighbours to the line right now and would not be compensated. Very likely the number close to the line will increase once titles are considered and the corridor reduces to the final easement.

It's not much in the scope of the project, but to the uncompensated neighbours it's massive. The government are being petty.
